Lean Six Sigma is very well known in the marketplace as a program that helps create value and eliminate waste in businesses.   Because of this, Lydall has adopted Lean Six Sigma as its continuous improvement program. Employees are expected to participate in the Lean Six Sigma program in a variety of ways such as attending training, involvement in a green or black belt project, or participation in a continuous improvement “kaizen” events in your work area.
