LyTherm DbCore

Molded thermal and acoustical barriers used to prevent drive train and engine noise from entering the passenger compartment. Comprised of vertical lapped polyester fibers. Thickness ranges from 1/8” to 3/4”. Foil and adhesive laminates are options.

Single Wall Shields

Lightweight thermal insulators used in the engine compartment and underbody Aluminum and steel shields available with embossment and edge hem options

Thermal Acoustical Shields

High temperature insulators which provide thermal protection and acoustic absorption Reduces interior and exterior noise levels by absorbing airborne noise

Adhesively attached thermal and acoustic insulators. Requires no fasteners to assemble and it can be designed to cover only the critical areas.
